This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir. This grape variety makes up 30% of the varieties grown by the Domaine Paul Thomas. The vines are planted on soils composed of kimmeridgean clay.

Aromas of ripe red fruit, currants and cherries and also on the palate. This wine is delicious served with red meat, white meats in sauces and cheese.
