A young Merlot with some oak ageing. Elegant, refined and a marked fruitiness almost irresistible to Merlot lovers and to those who sample it for the first time. Strong, spicy black pepper, full of harmony and soft to the palate. Aurelio decided to blend 15% Cabernet Sauvignon with this Merlot, to better marry with the oak, and give structure and finesse that will also permit long term ageing. D.O. Colchagua Valley.

It is a fruity, expressive wine. Evident notes of raspberries, and hints of blackberries, that combines very well with the typical spiciness of the variety. The oak is there but at a level that permits the fruit to be the principal element. This is a wine with a good balance of tannins and acidity, giving at the end a friendly, soft wine. Long and pleasant finish.
