Grape: 100% Petit Manseng
Tasting notes : Les Dernières Grives, one of a kind !
An elegant, full-bodied wine. The open bouquet reveals well-balanced acidity, fruit and ripe grape aromas leading to hints of vanilla. Harvested late in the season, once the last thrushes (“dernières grives”) have left, the over ripe grapes produce a rich wine with a fresh and intense flavour. A nose of white truffles, and a round epicurean mouth with persistent fruit. A sensation of balance and fullness for a great sweet wine.
The decision to produce this wine depends on each vintage and the production is always very limited.
Serving suggestion: serve well chilled.
This sweet wine may be enjoyed at any moment for its delectable fruit and gourmandise that unit to perfection with fresh fruit salad or a tarte Tatin…
Storage:
Should be stored on its side in a cool dark place. Will keep for the next 8 to 10 years.
